If you or someone you care about is having a mental health or substance use crisis, you can call and speak to our trained and caring staff.
- Over the phone support and problem solving to help resolve a behavioral health crisis.
- Over the phone support with referrals to outpatient services, or to have a Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) come to you at a place of your choice
- In-person Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) if the crisis cannot be resolved over the phone.
Crisis Hotlines
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a mental health crisis or just needs someone to talk to there are crisis hotlines available. Specific hotlines focus on suicide prevention, veterans, texting, LGBTQ, Trans issues, as well as mental health and substance use.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals. Languages: English, Spanish.

NAMI NH has created a Connect Suicide Prevention Program that has received national and international acclaim. This program has resources, support and events to help prevent suicides.
Support Groups
NAMI NH maintains a list of support groups for individuals, and their friends and family, who are experiencing mental health challenges.
